At IVY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
